Construction has begun. Approved by the Capitola Planning Commission, the old house will be demolished and replaced by this new residence. The house is designed to exploit the solar southern axis with an open vaulted interior in the Kitchen / Dining area flowing to the exterior Lanai to complete the inside/ out entertaining vibe.
