What can you do with older homes with no insulation, cramped living conditions, bad electrical and plumbing? In this case, we saved the building shell; remodeled areas and added new square footage. We vaulted ceilings, installed a new roof system and created beter living spaces that flowed to inside-outside living spaces to entertain.
